SodaPeak states an 82mg proprietary blend (roughly 567mg of dry powder equivalent) built from nine ingredients. Caffeine is the one ingredient broken out separately on the label at 5mg; the rest are disclosed by name but not by individual amount. Here's what each one is, and what's traditional use versus what research actually shows.

L-Arginine

Category: Amino acid. L-Arginine is a well-documented precursor to nitric oxide, a compound the body uses to relax and widen blood vessels — which is why it shows up in circulation-focused formulas across the supplement industry. Its role in nitric oxide production is one of the more established mechanisms in this ingredient list.

Important: because of this mechanism, L-Arginine can interact with nitrate medications, PDE5 inhibitors (such as sildenafil or tadalafil), and potassium-sparing diuretics. Talk to a doctor before combining SodaPeak with any of those.

Ashwagandha

Category: Adaptogenic herb. Ashwagandha is one of the most widely studied adaptogens on the market, with a growing body of research around its relationship to stress response and general wellbeing. It's a staple in modern formulas built around stress and hormonal-balance support.

Important: ashwagandha may interact with thyroid medication and sedatives. If you take either, check with your doctor first.

Muira Puama Extract

Category: Botanical. Muira Puama is a Brazilian shrub with a long history in traditional herbal practices, commonly associated with physical vitality and stamina. Modern clinical research on the extract specifically is still limited, so its inclusion here should be understood as traditional use rather than a clinically proven effect.

Catuaba Extract

Category: Botanical. Catuaba is another traditional South American bark, used historically in herbal wellness practices across Brazil. Like Muira Puama, it appears in SodaPeak as part of the broader traditional-botanical profile rather than as a standalone, independently proven ingredient.

Maca Extract

Category: Botanical (root). Maca is cultivated in the Andes and has become a widely recognized ingredient in modern supplement formulations. It has been studied in small trials exploring its relationship to libido and mood, with some encouraging but limited findings — it's a commonly used, reputable ingredient for this category.

Green Tea Extract

Category: Botanical. Derived from Camellia sinensis leaves, green tea extract is a source of naturally occurring polyphenols and antioxidant compounds. In supplement blends it's typically included for general wellness and antioxidant support rather than a single targeted effect.

Caffeine (5mg)

Category: Stimulant. Caffeine is widely recognized for its relationship to alertness and reduced feelings of tiredness. At 5mg per gummy, the dose here is small — well under a typical cup of coffee (which usually runs 80-100mg) — but it's still worth factoring into your total daily caffeine intake if you're sensitive or consume caffeine from other sources.

Tribulus Terrestris

Category: Botanical. Tribulus is a plant extract with a long history of use in traditional wellness practices and is commonly included in men's performance-focused formulas. Modern clinical research is still developing, and results across studies aren't fully consistent, so treat this as a traditional-use ingredient rather than a clinically settled one.

Horny Goat Weed Extract

Category: Botanical. Known formally as Epimedium, horny goat weed is a traditional herb long associated with libido support in herbal medicine. As with Tribulus, current clinical evidence is limited relative to its traditional reputation.

The Honest Takeaway

Of the nine ingredients, L-Arginine and Ashwagandha have the most substantial modern research behind their core mechanisms. The remaining botanicals — Muira Puama, Catuaba, Maca, Green Tea Extract, Tribulus Terrestris, and Horny Goat Weed — are recognizable, commonly used ingredients in this category, but their inclusion leans more on traditional use than large-scale clinical trials. That's a normal profile for a men's wellness gummy, not a red flag specific to SodaPeak — just something worth knowing before you buy.
